The Hamptons international Film Festival was held this past Saturday at the Watermill Center in New York. The event was moderated by the Celeste Bartos Chief Curator of Film at MoMA, Rajendra Roy. The house was sold out for a viewing of a Cecil Beaton documentary by David Bailey entitled "Beaton by Bailey." Bailey was in-house for the event and discussed his life and work with artist Bruce Weber (featured in Whitewall in
our winter 2011 issue). The sold out event was a hit for the Hamptons International Film Festival and the Watermill Center's main studio space and is hoped to be the first of many collaborative events.
