L&M Arts’s new gallery in Los Angeles opened on Saturday with an exhibit featuring artist Paul McCarthy. Though based in Los Angeles, McCarthy has not had a show in the city in over ten years, so to celebrate the momentous opening of the exhibit as well as the gallery, owners Dominique Levy and Robert Mnuchin held a VIP brunch at the new space. Guests included Maria & Bill Bell, Dorothy Berwin, Amy Cappellazzo, Jeffrey Deitch, Beth Rudin DeWoody, James Franco, David Maupin, Ed Moses, Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn, gallery director Sarah Watson, and, of course, Paul McCarthy himself.
