From yesterday night into the early hours of this morning, Dedon’s cocktail party showcased its iconic outdoor furniture to personalities from the entertainment, design, fashion, and art worlds. Held at the new Jean Nouvel-designed, luxury condominiums at 100 11th avenue, the event was hosted by Dedon founder and chairman Bobby Dekeyser and the famous photographer, Bruce Weber. The designers who helped develop this new line of Dedon furniture were Philippe Starck, Fred Frety, and Daniel Pouzet as well as Richard Frinier and Toan N’Guyen, who both made appearances yesterday evening. Other big names in attendance were Nan Bush, Creative Direction of Dedon Nicola Rapetti, Dedon CEO Herve Lampert, Anna Dello Russo, Brett Ratner, Carlos Mota, Courtney Love, Elisa Sednaoui, Esteban Cortazar, Fabien Baron, Iris Strubegger, Julia Sarr-Jamois, Kelly Rutherford, Nat Rothschild, Olympia Scarry, Pierre Casiraghi and Beatrice Borromeo, Rachel Chandler and Tom Guinness, Shala Monroque, Stavros Niarchos, Tamara Mellon, and Todd Eberle, just to name a few.
