The world’s top brands in the watch industry gathered in Geneva for the 20th anniversary of the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, held from January 18th to 22nd 2010. IWC and MB&F are among the 19 brands that debuted their newest products.
MB&F’s HM2-SV.
MB&F presented the HM2-SV or the Horological Machine N 2 Sapphire Version. It is MB&F’s first product at the fair. At 3.6 mm of thickness, this complex wristwatch has a sapphire case and crystals over the dials, that is perfectly combined with an 18 karat white gold and titanium buckle mounted on a black hand stitched alligator strap.
IWC’s Portuguese Grande Complication.
For 2010, IWC decided to make an ode to Portugal and after seven years of planning created Portuguese Grande Complication. With 657 components this watch consists of automatic chronograph movement, calendar with month, day and the year in its four digits and a moon phase.

Jean Richard’s 2 Timezone Zirconium.
At only 249 pieces and combining 2 time zones, Jane Richard´s latest creation the water resistant “2 Timezones Zirconium”, is made in a zirconium case with 31 jewels, a colorless sapphire cristal and a coated black rubber Alligator strap. The first time zone is displayed in a traditional way, with hours, minutes and seconds, while a window at 12 o’clock displays the second time zone, supplemented by an AM/PM indication. At double the size, only twelve numbers are indicated on the second time zone disc.
