ABY ROSEN’S DINNER AT THE W: Big time collector Aby Rosen (the first collector to be featured in Whitewall) hosted a dinner at the W for over 700 guests. Rated as one of the top parties of the week, fellow all-star collectors like Alberto Mugrabi and Peter Brant were among the crowd. Alexandra Peers for New York Magazine reported that the event was so huge, people had to take their seats to eat in shifts. Val Kilmer was one of the many spotted celebrities.
WHITEWALL DINNER HOSTED BY RAMPART GROUP: Whitewall held an intimate, 100 person dinner sponsored by Rampart Group in the back of the W hotel on Friday, December 4. Guests sat around a long, all-white table surrounded by hedges and ate mushroom risotto and lamb. Distributed at the event was Whitewall’s latest issue – the winter luxury issue featuring interview with Dennis Hopper, Lance Armstrong, Philippe Starck, and Pharell Williams.

PHARRELL WILLIAMS PRIVATE DINNER HOSTED BY MONCLER: Music producer-come-deisgner Pharrell Williams, who is also a resident of Miami, could be found all over the city last week. Remo Ruffini, President and Creative Director of Moncler, hosted a dinner at Casa Tua in honor of Pharrell Williams celebrating a recent collaboration between the over 50-year-old brand and Williams. The project resulted in a limited edition line of jackets for men made from the futuristic fabrics of Bionic Yarn that makes its material out of recycled plastic bottles.
