The latest group shows of August bring in some of the summer’s most unique exhibitions. Among them, “Please be Welcome” is a must see, with it’s crafty presentation (the curator’s actual apartment is on view, designed to showcase artworks). Also, the photography of “Nowhere in Manhattan” is not to be overlooked, as it attempts to show the remains of “neglected” or untouched parts of Manhattan.
